Great place to stop. Driving big rig. Had eggs, awesome bacon, and hash browns exactly the way I wanted at 2:45am. The waitress, Mary, was one of the nicest people I've ever met in my life. If you ever passed through there, make sure to ask for Mary, and ask about her wonderful son. The place is clean, everyone was polite, and they had many many many tourist items. Seems like a historical spot with Route 66 which is a classic Highway. You can't miss the place, there's a 50 foot tall Native American Indian carving marking the entrance.
I could not even take a bath. I got in so tired feel right to sleep hoping I could take a nice hot bath the next morning since I only have a shower at home. So it's a rare thing to be able to take a bath. I got up and of course the tub was broken with no way of holding water in and no stopper. I would not have stayed here but it was the only one I could afford off the toll road ya have to pay every time ya get off. Because i stayed at another super 8 in another city and it had problems too. When you report anything they don't offer anything for your issues they make ya go thru the corporate office anyway. So I won't be staying at any again. There was even one or I stayed in two months ago that had fleas. Thought id try agjn thi is what i get Anyway wouldn't recommend this chain never again..
I like the updates Super 8s are doing. I travel coast to coast and this Wyndham hotel by far the nicest. Great staff and very clean. Thanks!
Large truck parking lot. The hotel is old, but the bed was comfortable. The room was clean, for the most part, but the ceiling really needed a good vacuuming. There was dust hanging off the ceiling, and close to the vanity area, there were black spots on the ceiling. I don't know if it was mold or not.
