Outstanding staff. Shortcomings due to lack of support from ownership in maintaining facilities, not staff.
Nice staff.. Very clean.. Nice breakfast.. This is the place I recommend to anybody traveling through.. There's a wal-mart right next door if you need something in a pinch...
Always enjoy our stay at any Holiday Inn Express, very clean & comfortable. I did have a snoring neighbor but it wasn't too bad. Nice breakfast, nice pool, the spa could have been hotter, it was more like a like warm bath. And if their fitness center had weights that would have been a plus also. But overall we had a nice stay, recommend staying here if you are in the area.
We booked an adjoining room over a month ago. We were guaranteed that we would have it. Also, we were told that we could have a small party in the breakfast area. When we arrived, the very rude front desk person, Connie, informed us that we did not get the rooms we paid for. After I got the breakfast room ready for our party, the manager took me aside and informed me that the party shouldn't have been allowed and that they do not allow pool parties. Only allowing 5 people per room to swim. I informed her that we didn't have that many people swimming. A month ago I asked if they had fans for the customers to use and she said yes. Went to the front desk and asked Connie for one, and again, was very rude when she told me they didn't. I will never stay here again. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.
Service is outstanding. The Interior has been redone. The rooms look nice but don't come with microwaves unless they're suites. Water pressure can be low above ground floor - weak flushes. Electrical outlets tend to be loose as far as gripping plugs. It's a little dated as far as maintenance, though a facelift tries to conceal it.
Wonderful clean and updated rooms in a convenient locatuin. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Took wonderful care of my family.
