Horrible. The food is horrible. Old grease in fryers and sorry ass salad bar. Don't waste your time or $$$$$$$
Why five stars!!!??? Well it's because of Millisa ... thank you for your service and smile!! None compare your level of professionalism and!!! On top of that ....my food was hot, fresh and tasty!!!:) You and your the service is why I'll be back again and again!!! Thanks again for all that you do!!!:)
That is worst place to eat get better service and food at mcdonalds salad bar mine as well say what salad bar as there is nothing on it looks old and nasty.Food is gross i wouldnt feed my dogs that food from there.And if you ask for management you get a thousand question why waitress is very rude and disrespectful she dont belong in customer service at all WARNING DO NOT EAT IN THAT RESTAURANT IT NEEDS CLOSED DOWN AND CLEANED AND ALL NEW STAFF AND THERE IS NO MANAGER AT NIGHT.
Well food is not that great and honestly why do they call it cherokee, it's a bunch of hillbillies, no Indian food not even mexican, nothing cherokee about it, same menu like rest of places, burgers fries.......
The restaurant itself appears nice when you walk in, but the service is terrible. Waited a very long to to even see a menu because staff were sitting and talking with each other or on their phones. The soup and salad bar were disgusting. Flies circling, hasn't been picked up or maintained, soup was uncovered and ice cold, vegetables were dried out and brown. The food finally came and looked like it had been sitting out somewhere for hours. The beans had a film over the top of them. The server never came back to the table to refill drink or ask if we wanted anything else. Wouldn't come back.
