I have 5 drivers and vehicles in my house so I get to know my mechanic pretty well. This is just one of multiple great experiences I have had at this shop. I drive 35 miles just to have them service my vehicles.
I have been using this shop for about 3 years now. They don't swap parts hoping to get the correct one, Mike actually identifies the problem and repairs it. My most recent repair was to my wife's 2014 Honda Odyssey, we had the dealer's ASE certified mechanic try to identify the problem(knocking in front end) multiple times with no success. They went as far as replacing both front struts (not cheap) and no resolution. The advice from the ASE certified mechanic at this point was to replace the rack. The warranty had been exceeded by a few thousand miles(36,000 mile warranty) so this would be out of my pocket. This repair would be multiple thousand to complete. I took it to Flocks, dropped it off and about 30 minutes later they called and said the tie rods needed to be replaced. Total bill for parts, labor and front end alignment was under $200 and he repaired a fast blinking signal light that the ASE certified mechanic also couldn't figure out(again, multiple attempts). I didn't even ask for the light to be repaired, he noticed it was fast when he was test driving after the repair of the front end.
